Job summary

Bright Horizons at Winter Garden in Orlando is seeking an Assistant Teacher for our Infant/Toddler classrooms. You will assist with hands-on activities, communicate with parents about daily milestones, and help maintain a safe, clean classroom according to Bright Horizons guidelines.

Hours run 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday, in-person at the Winter Garden site. The company supports growth and offers opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost.

Qualifications

• This position requires background checks.
• Candidate must be 18 years or older.
• DCF 45 hours required per guidelines.
• 1 year in child care or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet children’s needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents and share daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures.
