Job summary

Bright Horizons is hiring an Assistant Teacher to work with infants and toddlers at locations in the area. You will help deliver activities, support curriculum, and supervise daily routines in a caring, educational setting.

We offer growth opportunities, a pathway to degrees through our CDA & Degree Program, and a culture focused on learning and family wellbeing. On-site centers operate 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in childcare preferred.
• CDA/Associate/Bachelor in early education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
