Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be working toward BS in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
• Two years relevant experience in a child-care setting preferred.
• Health and Safety trainings completed or obtainable.
• Warm, caring personality and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound supervision and developmentally appropriate lessons.
• Document lessons, observations and required paperwork.
• Develop positive parent relations and encourage parental involvement.
• Attend staff meetings and seek professional development opportunities.
• Follow center policies and maintain health and safety standards.
