Job summary

Little Feet Creative Learning Inc is seeking a nurturing Infant Teacher to join our North Attleboro, MA team. You will provide attentive care for infants and create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.

We value a warm, patient demeanor, collaboration with staff, and communication with families. Requirements include EEC Infant/Toddler certification or willingness to obtain, CPR/First Aid, and a high school diploma with childcare coursework as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting preferred.
• EEC Infant/Toddler certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong understanding of infant developmental milestones and best practices.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with babies.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, responsive care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, and physical development.
• Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding schedules, diaper changes, and nap times.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive learning community.
• Follow all EEC licensing requirements and center policies.
