Little Feet Creative Learning Inc in North Attleboro, MA is seeking a nurturing Infant Teacher to join our growing team. You will provide attentive care to infants in a safe, supportive classroom and contribute to a warm learning environment.

This role emphasizes partnering with families, documenting daily routines, and following licensing requirements to ensure health and safety.

Formación

• Experience caring for infants in licensed settings.
• EEC Infant/Toddler certification or willingness to obtain.
• CPR & First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Understanding of infant development milestones.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong communication with families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide attentive, responsive care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, and physical development
• Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding schedules, diaper changes, and nap times
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive learning community
• Follow all EEC licensing requirements and center policies

Requirements:

• Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting preferred
• EEC Infant/Toddler certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong understanding of infant developmental milestones and best practices
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with babies
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework a plus
