It's All About Kids Inc. in Framingham, MA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our dedicated childcare team. You must be I/T certified.

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants in licensed childcare.
• Knowledge of infant development and early childhood principles.
• EEC certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants in a safe, supportive classroom.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities promoting development.
• Monitor and document each infant's daily progress and milestones.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding routines and growth.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health standards in the classroom.
• Follow state licensing regulations and childcare best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a positive, team-oriented learning environment.
