Qualifications

• EEC Infant Toddler Certification or CDA required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in ECE preferred.
• Daycare experience in center-based or private school setting.
• Nurturing demeanor and love for infants.
• Minimum of one year experience in an infant classroom; safe feeding/sleeping, diapering, sanitation, and motor development support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials.
• Provide responsive, individualized care supporting each infant's development.
• Keep parents informed and build positive relationships with children and families.
