Job summary

Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division is seeking an Infant Teacher for Chesterbrook Academy in Lancaster, PA. This full-time role offers $16.00–$18.00 per hour, Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends, providing a classroom where children learn through exploration and play.

You will follow our curriculum and planning resources, bring your own ideas, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with teachers and leaders to foster a supportive learning

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous licensed childcare experience preferred but not required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring lessons to life through hands-on activities, stories, art, music, movement, and play.
• Help preschoolers build confidence, independence, early academic skills, and friendships.
• Use curriculum and lesson-planning resources as your foundation while adding your own creativity and ideas.

What You’ll Need
