The Learning Experience in Riverton, NJ is seeking an Infant Teacher to join their caring team. This role focuses on providing a safe, stimulating environment for infants and supporting their early development.

We value warm, patient caregivers who communicate well with families and follow health and safety protocols. Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience with infants in licensed childcare or early education setting.
• Strong knowledge of infant development and best practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care for infants in a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
• Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to support infant growth and development.
• Monitor and track developmental milestones for each child in your care.
• Maintain open, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding daily progress.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols including diapering, feeding, and sleep routines.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate daily records and reports for each infant.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 35 lbs

• Must meet state licensing background check requirements
