The Learning Experience - Jacksonville Southside is seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. You will create a warm, safe learning environment and provide developmentally appropriate activities that support infants' growth and curiosity.

You will partner with families and center staff to ensure consistent, nurturing care and clear communication through chats and app updates. This role emphasizes relationship-building, daily classroom management, and inspiring a love of learning in

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred. At least six months of professional teaching experience preferred.
• CDA or Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role (DCF 45 hours)

• Implement our proprietary curriculum with Infants and Toddlers.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and thrive.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s adventures and progress.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to reach enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a playful, learning-focused environment.
• Maintain overall classroom management to ensure a safe, engaging learning space.
• Serve as a role model and inspire a love of learning in young minds.

• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants and Toddlers in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
