Job summary

The Learning Experience Corp. is seeking an Infant Teacher to foster a safe, stimulating classroom where babies learn through play. You will deliver the L.E.A.P curriculum, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with staff to support emotional and academic growth.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of teaching experience, with a preference for one year. An associate degree in ECE is preferred, or a high school diploma/GED if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of professional teaching experience required.
• One year of professional teaching experience preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED acceptable when specified.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
• Communicate with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Assist in feeding babies and changing diapers.
• Plan and implement curriculum to keep little learners engaged and growing.
