Teacher Responsibilities

Lead teachers coordinate daily classroom operations, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities, and work directly with children and parents to ensure quality care and education.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multi-task effectively
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including infants in cribs
