Job summary

The University of Kentucky is seeking an Infant Nutrition Diet Technician to support the preparation, storage and delivery of infant feedings in the Lexington area. You will assist with inventory, ordering and sanitation while collaborating with the nutrition services team to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has an AA and is a Dietetic Technician, Registered or pursuing Dietetics; strong computer skills, customer service and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be a Dietetic Technician, Registered and/or have completed a degree in Dietetics.
• Proficient computer skills (including Microsoft Office), excellent customer service and active listening skills.
• High regard for attention to detail and dependability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation, storage and delivery of infant feedings and related inventory, ordering, cleaning and sanitation.
• Acts as a member of the interdisciplinary nutrition team and supports patient care.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and maintains good public relations through safe, efficient use of resources.
