Job summary

Learning Care in Parker, Colorado is hiring Assistant Teachers who will care for children in a safe, nurturing environment. You will follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care, maintain a fun, organized classroom, and support families with clear communication.

You will develop skills to observe, assess, and plan for children, participate in ongoing training on childcare and child development, and contribute to a positive, supportive team that values growth and play.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to engage in indoor/outdoor activities with children.
• Willingness to complete extensive childcare training.

Responsibilities

Assistant Teachers:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation ($19-$20.64/hourly) based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
• All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
