Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers to join our child care centers. You will follow licensing guidelines and create a safe, engaging classroom, while observing and planning activities for children and communicating with families.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child; maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop observation, assessment, and plan for children; communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Assistant Teachers:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $17.51-$18.19 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
