Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a caring nanny for a 2-month-old in Needham, MA, starting in early November. The role is Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm, with a two weeks on / two weeks off rotation between Martha's Vineyard and Needham.

Due to a work schedule, our wonderful clients split time between their homes on Marthas Vineyard and in Needham. They are seeking a two weeks on, two weeks off Nanny for their time spent in Needham to care for their 2-month-old, starting in early November. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm and they're hoping a Nanny can commit to a minimum of 1 year.

A great match for this role is nurturing, warm, kind, has previous experience caring for infants, and is excited to engage the baby in developmentally appropriate activities and play. Walks, outdoor time, and outings (when age appropriate), are highly encouraged!

The family has no pets and one parent who works from home in a private office.

Compensation: $33+/hr. With paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
