Candidates should be warm, patient, and proactive, with experience caring for children, a license, and willingness to travel in summers.

Full-time Live-in/Live Out Nanny, Cambridge, MA

Given the flexibility needed in this role, this could be live-in (offsite fully furnished apartment) or local live-out

After 4 years with their amazing Nanny, a wonderful family in Cambridge is seeking a full-time, long-term (3+ year) Nanny for their two children, ages 4 and 6, starting as soon as they find the right fit (targeting early March)! The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30am-9:30am and 12-6pm, with guaranteed hours weekly. This position is perfect for a Nanny with schedule flexibility and the desire for more hours as the family will require additional support on occasional weekend days, overnights, and date nights. The family also loves to travel and the ideal Nanny is available to travel mainly throughout the summer months but also sporadically throughout the school year.

Compensation: $37+/hour with optional healthcare stipend, paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
