Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Lead Teacher experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Strong knowledge of infant development and early childhood practices.
• Ability to meet NJ childcare licensing and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the infant classroom daily operations.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities.
• Provide individualized care (feeding, sleeping, diapering) and monitor development.
• Create a safe, clean, and nurturing environment compliant with health and safety rules.
