Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare center preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the infant classroom and oversee daily routines and learning environment.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infant development.
• Provide individualized care, including feeding, sleeping, and development tracking.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom and follow health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Build positive relationships with families through regular communication and updates.
• Complete daily reports and classroom records; document observations and milestones.
• Collaborate with assistants and fellow educators to maintain consistent routines.
