Cadence Education is hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher in Newton, MA. You will lead a developmentally appropriate program, plan and deliver curriculum, manage classroom operations, and support the physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs of every child, including those with IEPs.

The role requires an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred), state licensing eligibility, and 6–12 months of early childhood experience.

Qualificações

• Follow safety procedures (Name-to-Face accountability, food allergy processes, Safe Sleep)
• Manage a classroom with consistency, structure, and care
• Strong written and verbal communication in English

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm, welcoming, inclusive classroom environment
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and families
• Recognize and respond to diverse developmental and learning needs; implement IEPs and behavior plans
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Use Cadence systems to communicate with families and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, well‑supervised classroom per Cadence policies
• Document accidents, incidents, and escalated behaviors per policy
• Follow Employee Handbook policies and participate in trainings and meetings
