Cadence Education is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher in Eden Prairie, MN, to create a nurturing, joyful space for our youngest learners. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and the families we serve.

You will collaborate with a team of dedicated teachers to deliver age-appropriate curricula, communicate with parents, and design daily schedules that balance quiet moments with active exploration.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Experience rocking it as an infant teacher.
• Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.
• CDA or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
• Previous preschool lead teacher experience (a must!).
• Classroom management skills that keep the team on point.
