Cadence Education in Rochester, MN is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher to nurture and guide our youngest learners. You will create a warm, safe environment, collaborate with teammates to design age-appropriate activities, and regularly communicate with families about each baby's progress.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Experience rocking it as an infant teacher.
• Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.
• CDA or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
• Previous preschool lead teacher experience (a must!).
• Classroom management skills that keep the team on point (preferred).
