Job summary

Celebree School invites an experienced Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing setting. You will weave Celebree's vision into daily activities and mentor classroom Aides through the early childhood education journey.

You will implement developmentally appropriate experiences, ensure safety and organization, and maintain compliance with state licensing while supporting families and children.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher requirements as approved by the governing State agency.
• Solid understanding of behavioral and developmental stages of young children.
• Ability to manage a classroom with organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in navigating daily activities with infants and toddlers and provide gentle guidance.
• Maintain compliant infant classroom per Office of Child Care standards and company policies.
• Create a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree's infant curriculum.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting space that fosters curiosity.
• Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records and attendance.

Responsibilities

As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
