Isle of Hope Baptist Child Development Center in Savannah, GA seeks a qualified Lead Teacher for the Infant classroom to create a safe, loving environment and implement a quality educational program. The ideal candidate has CDA/TCC/AA in ECE or higher, 1+ year of experience, CPR/First Aid, and a commitment to developmentally appropriate practices.
We are seeking a qualified Lead Teacher to join our team at Isle of Hope Baptist Child Development Center. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and loving environment for our Infant classroom. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Director and Assistant Director in implementing a quality educational program and developing positive relationships with children and their parents. You will be responsible for observing and documenting children’s activities, meals/snacks, and progress throughout each day, and relaying that information back to parents and staff. You will also be responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities based on children’s interests and needs, as well as creating lesson plans to support these activities under the direction of the Director.
