Kids Inn Child Care Center in Southlake, TX is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to guide our classroom, mentor staff, and ensure smooth center operations. You will lead daily activities, implement age-appropriate curricula, and support families in understanding student progress.
The ideal candidate has a CDA credential or ECE degree, experience as a lead teacher, and strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with staff and families. This role is full-time and on-site.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to guide and support our classroom, mentor team members, and help ensure smooth center operations. The Lead Teacher plays a key role in curriculum implementation, classroom leadership, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Lead daily classroom activities and routines
Plan and implement age‑appropriate curriculum
Support and mentor assistant teachers
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Communicate with families about student progress and needs
Assist with classroom coverage in director’s absence
Follow licensing requirements and center policies
Help ensure proper documentation and compliance
Check children in and out
Handle communication with parents on-site and on the phone
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be CPR and First Aid certified (training can be suggested for you)
Must be able to lift upto 40 pounds
Must be able to pass the background check and FBI fingerprinting check
CDA credential, Early Childhood Education degree, or equivalent
Previous experience in early childhood or a lead teacher role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
Passion for working with children and supporting their development
