Kids in Motion Academy (KIMA) seeks a caring Infant Teacher to join our team. You will provide attentive care, maintain a safe classroom, and follow each child’s routines. Prepare bottles, support development, and collaborate with staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED andGeorgia licensing compliance. Previous infant experience and credentials are a plus, with strong communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with infants or in childcare preferred.
• CDA/AA/BA or other early childhood credentials are a plus.
• Must meet Georgia childcare licensing requirements.
• Knowledge of infant development and caregiving practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants throughout the day.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Follow each child’s feeding, sleeping, diapering, and care routines.
• Prepare and feed bottles per feeding plans and policies.
• Change diapers and maintain hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Follow safe sleep practices and state regulations.
• Observe and document children’s developmental progress.
• Communicate with parents about daily experiences and development.
