Job summary

Primrose School Franchising SPE is seeking a Head of Infant Classroom to lead our infant program with passion and expertise. You will oversee daily classroom operations, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, and support a caring team of teachers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, infant care, and classroom management, with at least two years of experience in a licensed infant setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of infant care experience in a licensed setting required.
• Strong background in infant care, early childhood education, and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the infant classroom team with a focus on safety and positive child development.
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans promoting early learning milestones.
• Ensure safety protocols and health regulations are followed.
• Communicate regularly with parents to share progress and address concerns.
• Oversee daily routines including diapering, feeding, naps, and activity planning.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in infant care and classroom management.
