Qualifications

• Proven experience in infant care in a licensed setting (min 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of infant development and early learning milestones.
• Excellent communication with parents and team collaboration.
• Ability to lead by example and uphold safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the infant classroom team with a focus on safety and positive development.
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans for social-emotional, motor, and language milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and health regulations.
• Communicate regularly with parents to share progress and address concerns.
• Oversee daily routines including diapering, feeding, naps, and activity planning.
• Train and mentor teaching staff on best practices in infant care and classroom management.
