Job summary

Primrose School of Winfield is hiring an experienced infant lead teacher (3 months to 15 months) to implement a program fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through our Balanced Learning approach. We are hiring multiple candidates for this position, Monday-Friday, 10:00-6:00, with focus on infant care and family partnerships.

We provide lesson plans, supplies, and ongoing training; benefits include 401(k) matching, health insurance, and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Lead Qualified - CDA, CCP Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in ECE or related field required, or partial college completion also considered.

Responsibilities

• Feed, change diapers, and attend to the infant's needs.
• Engage infants in play and learning activities while monitoring progress and developmental milestones.
• Implement daily the provided infant/toddler curricular activities according to established policies, licensing regulations, and Primrose philosophy.
• Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and confidently make decisions while meeting health and safety standards.

We seek experienced and enthusiastic infant lead teacher (3mo-15 mo) to implement a program that promotes each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, per the Primrose Balanced Learning approach to teaching and learning. We are hiring multiple candidates for this position.

We are hiring a qualified, lead, and experienced teacher to work in the infant classroom. All lesson plans, supplies, and resources are provided. Get your nights and weekends back! All applicants should have experience with infants in a child care setting.

Hours: 10:00-6:00

Experience working with infants is required. Applicants without experience will not be considered and should not apply.

• A solid commitment to building positive relationships with staff, families, and the community.
• Lead Qualified - CDA, CCP Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in ECE or related field required, or partial college completion also considered. Lead Qualified per DCFS 407
• All Candidates- Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program.
