Child Development Schools is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide infants through engaging activities that foster curiosity, confidence and growth. You will partner with families and collaborate with the teaching team to create a nurturing, safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Background check required
• 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of hire
• Commitment to safety and well-being of children
• Ability to build relationships with families
• Physical ability to meet demands of working with young children
• ECE coursework/degree is a plus, but not required, hiring for character and train for skill

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for the Infant classroom
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and conferences
• Complete required documentation including attendance and assessments
