Job summary

Frog&Toad Child Care&Learning Center in Vermont seeks a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support development milestones and hands-on activities for infants and toddlers. You will work with a team of teachers in a caring, professional environment and help implement curricula under supervision.

The role requires 1–2 years of child care experience, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional child care experience.
• High energy and ability to work well with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear full background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering age appropriate curricula under Lead Teacher guidance.
• Engage in activities and maintain classroom materials and cleanliness.
• Communicate with parents during drop-off and pick-up in a professional manner.
• Model good hygiene and support smooth daily transitions.
