The Goddard School in Prosper, TX is seeking a caring Infant Assistant Teacher to join our team. You will support the Lead Teacher, assist with daily routines, feeding, diapering, and early development in a nurturing classroom environment.

You will help create a safe, loving space for our youngest learners while collaborating with the Lead Teacher to support routines, activities, and responsive caregiving throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience with infants or young children preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with children throughout the day.
• Dependable, patient and nurturing personality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High school diploma required; CDA or early childhood coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines.
• Providing attentive care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Engaging with infants through play, language, and sensory experiences.
• Communicating positively with team members and families.

Infant Assistant Teacher (Full-Time)

Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are looking for a caring, dependable Infant Assistant Teacher to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with babies and supporting their early development in a nurturing classroom environment.

As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you will help create a safe, loving, and engaging space where our youngest learners can grow and thrive. You will work alongside the Lead Teacher to support daily routines, classroom activities, and responsive caregiving.
