Job summary

Kids N Fitness North is seeking Assistant Teachers to support our Infant classroom. A high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass background checks are required. Previous childcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the center's philosophy and goals.
• Implement activities that encourage growth in emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
• Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and make improvements for the program's quality.
• Create and maintain a clean and safe environment for all children.
• Establish a professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
• Physical ability to work around small children and lift up to 40 lbs.
