Job summary

Kids N Fitness North is seeking Assistant Teachers to support our Infant classroom. A high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass background checks are required. Previous childcare experience is a plus.

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm with a compensation of $17/hr based on education and experience. We offer competitive pay, paid trainings including enhanced career and professional development, a generous benefits package with dental, medical and vision insurance, 401k with match, childcare

Qualifications

A plus if you have previous childcare experience!

Responsibilities

Assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the center's philosophy and goals.
Implement activities that encourage growth in emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and make improvements for the program's quality.
Create and maintain a clean and safe environment for all children.
Establish a professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
Physical ability to work around small children and lift up to 40 lbs.
