The Learning Experience - Clarkston is seeking a caring Infant Assistant Teacher to support our youngest learners in a warm, nurturing classroom.

You'll work with an experienced Lead Teacher to provide responsive care, help infants develop milestones, and engage in age-appropriate activities. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in infant, daycare, or childcare preferred.
• Comfortable with feeding and diapering routines.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
• Patient, nurturing, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Engage infants in age-appropriate sensory and early learning activities.
• Support language, physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.

• Communicate positively with families and fellow teachers.
• Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements.

Infant Assistant Teacher – Childcare

Location: The Learning Experience – Clarkston, MI
Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Clarkston is looking for a caring and dependable Infant Assistant Teacher to support our youngest learners in a warm and nurturing classroom environment.

Working alongside an experienced Lead Teacher, you'll help provide responsive care while supporting infants as they explore, develop new skills, and reach important early milestones.
