Job summary

Arrow McLaren seeks a motivated Experiential and Partnerships Intern for the Spring 2027 season. The role offers hands-on experience in motorsports marketing, sponsorships, and relationship management.

Work is on-site at the McLaren Racing Center in Indianapolis, up to 20 hours/week during spring and 40 hours/week in May, with potential extra on Indy 500 activities. Must be eligible for college credit.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
• Strong interest in sports and events.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support processing and distribution of the 2027 team apparel line for the team and inventory management.
• Assist with event coordination, hospitality planning, and partner engagement for INDYCAR races and other events.
• Help with booking, communication, and fulfillment of experiential asset requests (showcar, simulator, display).
• Assist with ticket management and premium packaging/distribution of Arrow McLaren assets.
• Support development and maintenance of partner materials (presentations, proposals, recaps).
• Maintain Salesforce integrations including hospitality and asset management tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and operations for activations.
• Participate in vendor/partner meetings and maintain asset tracking + reporting.
• Stay aware of sponsorship/market trends and partner activities.
