Job summary

Arrow McLaren is seeking a highly motivated Experiential and Partnerships Intern to support marketing goals for the 2027 season. You will work on-site at the McLaren Racing Center in Indianapolis, up to 20 hours per week during spring and 40 hours during May.

Key duties include assisting with apparel distribution, event coordination, hospitality, asset requests (showcars, simulators, displays), ticket management, and developing partner materials.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and distribution of the team apparel line.
• Assist event coordination, hospitality planning, and partner engagement for INDYCAR races.
• Book, communicate, and fulfill experiential asset requests (showcars, simulators, displays).
• Assist with ticket management and premium packaging of assets.
• Support development of partner materials (presentations, proposals, recaps).
• Maintain Salesforce records for hospitality and asset management.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and operations to activate experiences.
• Track hospitality assets inventories and provide feedback.
• Monitor sponsorship and market trends relevant to Arrow McLaren partners.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the success of Arrow McLaren’s marketing goals.To be considered, candidates must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday at the McLaren Racing Center in Indianapolis, for up to 20 hours per week during the spring semester and 40 hours per week during the Month of May following the conclusion of the semester. In addition, the ability to work on-site during the Month of May/Indy 500 activities is required.## Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the processing and distribution of the 2027 team apparel line to team members as well as ongoing organization and inventorying.Support the event coordination, hospitality planning, and partner engagement for key INDYCAR races along with other potential events and experiences.Help with the booking, communication, and fulfillment of experiential asset requests including showcar, simulator, and display assets.Assist with ticket management, including the premium packaging and distribution of Arrow McLaren assets.Support the development and maintenance of partner-related materials, including presentations, proposals and recaps.Maintain departmental integrations and details within the Salesforce platform including hospitality and asset management tools.Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, communications and operations to ensure successful activations and experiences.Collaborate and contribute to vendor, property, and partner meetings.Maintain tracking and reporting of hospitality assets to ensure inventories and feedback are communicated and acted upon as required.Maintain awareness of sponsorship/market trends and knowledge relative to what Arrow McLaren corporate partners and their competitors are executing in other markets and/or professional teams.Company DescriptionArrow McLaren is McLaren Racing’s IndyCar team, located in Indianapolis at its new McLaren Racing Center headquarters on the northwest side of the city.
