Job summary

Indiana Members Credit Union in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Project Manager (On-Site) to lead assigned projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, governance, and stakeholder expectations.

You will develop schedules, manage risks and changes, coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors, maintain documentation and dashboards, and report project status to sponsors and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum three years of project coordination/management, business analysis, or related experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, facilitating meetings, maintaining project documents, and working with vendors and stakeholders.
• Financial-services or regulated-industry experience preferred.
• CAPM or similar project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects through the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with objectives and governance.
• Assist owners and teams in defining requirements, deliverables, success metrics, and closure activities.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Maintain governance, templates, and reporting practices across projects.
