Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the Team Specialist, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate with the office administrator and management to align project activities.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-schedule completion.
• Support client onboarding and transition processes for a smooth experience.
• Identify opportunities to secure new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including notes and status reports.
