Job summary

Autodesk seeks an Industry Strategy Manager for Digital Project Delivery to shape strategy and go-to-market growth for Autodesk Forma industry cloud across design collaboration, management, data, and coordination. You will work with Product, Platform, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define opportunities, value propositions, and business models.

The role requires deep BIM knowledge, strong communication, and coalition-building to drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• BS, BArch, BEng or equivalent degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the AEC industry, or strategy/product/go-to-market roles serving it.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple disciplines including design collaboration and coordination.
• Experience planning or managing design production at project or program scale.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 information workflows and how information requirements are defined.
• Experience with cloud-based design, collaboration, and management tools.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the digital project delivery vision and strategy for Autodesk, informed by research across market, competitors, and customer audiences.
• Lead cross-functional programs from strategy through launch with coordinated plans and timelines.
• Shape the strategy for design management across project teams and information delivery.
• Support regionalization of offerings including packaging, positioning, and compliance.
• Translate project team workflows into product requirements and market-facing positioning.
• Create business cases to drive sales channels, partnerships, and executive briefings.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust go-to-market plans accordingly.
• Build and maintain the business plan for digital project delivery growth and customer migration paths.
• Collaborate with sales to develop and enable sales plays and marketing content.
• Represent Autodesk within industry organizations and events.
