Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Industry Strategy Manager for Digital Project Delivery to shape strategy and GTM growth for Autodesk Forma industry cloud. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate design delivery needs into product requirements and compelling market positioning.

The role requires deep BIM knowledge, strategic thinking, and proven ability to lead cross-functional programs while communicating with executives and external partners.

Qualifications

• BS, BArch, BEng or equivalent degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the AEC industry, or in strategy, product management, consulting, or go-to-market roles serving it.
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects across multiple disciplines, including design collaboration and coordination.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 information workflows and how information requirements are defined and validated.
• Experience with cloud-based design, collaboration, and management tools for architects, engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Ability to travel, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the digital project delivery vision and strategy for Autodesk, informed by market research and customer audiences.
• Lead cross-functional programs that take initiatives from strategy through launch.
• Shape strategy for design management and information workflows across projects.
• Support regionalization of offerings with packaging, positioning, and compliance considerations.
• Translate project-team needs into product requirements and market-facing positioning.
• Create business cases to drive sales channels, partnerships, and executive briefings.
• Monitor performance and report usage, adoption, and customer metrics to adjust go-to-market plans.
• Develop the business plan for digital project delivery growth, including customer migration paths.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop plays and content; represent Autodesk in industry events.
• Engage with industry organizations and analysts as a key external representative.
