Infosys Limited in the United States seeks a Package Principal SAP IBP leader to drive discovery, design, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions across S&OP, Demand, and Supply planning. You will guide architecture, integration, and data migration efforts to enable scalable, high-performance planning.

You will lead workshops, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, ensure best practices, and deliver value through advanced planning capabilities while maintaining regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• This position may require relocation and travel within the United States.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Principal, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Drive strategic analysis of business needs, translating them into comprehensive technical requirements while providing expert guidance on their impact on ERP design and functionality
• Provide expert insights on ERP solution architecture, to ensure scalability, high performance, and readiness for future growth
• Lead the creation of advanced custom solutions, offering technical direction and ensuring adherence to coding and configuration best practices
• Oversee overall strategy for system integration including ERP integration standards and provide expert guidance on data migration methodologies, to ensure accuracy, validation, and alignment with business objectives
• Drive performance optimization initiatives, establishing benchmarks and innovating strategies to maximize system efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and design strategic knowledge transfer programs, to ensure system users and technical teams are fully equipped to maintain and utilize the ERP solution effectively

Required Skill and Experience

SAP IBP Solution Leadership

• Lead discovery, fit-to-standard, and solution design workshops.
• Design and implement SAP IBP solutions covering:
• S&OP
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• Response & Supply
• Inventory Optimization
• Control Tower (preferred)
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
• Drive configuration, testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
• Configure forecasting models, planning operators, alerts, and analytics.
• Provide solution guidance on planning processes, KPIs, and best practices.

Data & Integration Oversight

• Oversee master data readiness and planning data quality.
• Collaborate with teams for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CPI-DS, RTI, APIs, and non-SAP systems.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Testing and Deployment

• Manage end-to-end SAP IBP deployment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across business, IT, integration, data, and any others.
• Independently drive cutover planning, go‑live activities.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Stakeholder Management

• Lead workshops with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales teams.
• Work closely with business users, planning teams, IT teams, and external partners.
• Manage client expectations and provide executive‑level communications.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with business and IT teams.

Support and Continuous Improvement

• Post go‑live support and learning enablement.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process optimization, automation, and adoption of advanced planning capabilities and best practices.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be:
CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $118,000 to $174,000
Washington DC - $119,500 to $155,000
