Job summary

Infosys Limited is hiring for a SAP-focused Package Consultant 3 to lead S4 Finance/Controlling rollouts for the US market. The role requires hands-on design of solution architectures, extensive SAP customization, and cross-functional collaboration with capability leads and business stakeholders.

You will drive data migration efforts, ensure performance optimization, and oversee testing cycles (Unit and UAT). The role includes travel and relocation as needed within the United States.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience

• SAP Rollout: o Lead the Rollout of S4 Finance and Controlling. o Lead the team of Finance and Controlling track resources. o Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents o Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs. o Lead Unit test and UAT testing. o Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.
• Collaboration & Communication: o Work closely with capability Leads of SAP to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions. o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status. o Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
• User Support & Training: o Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices. o Act as a point of contact for Business and SAP template team.
• Data Migration: o Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Hypercare Support: o Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction. o Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go-live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. o Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Washington, DC - $106,000 to $147,500
