Job summary

Dassault Systemes is seeking a SIMULIA Industry Process Consultant to partner with leaders in High Tech, Aerospace & Defense, and Life Sciences to solve advanced electromagnetics challenges and demonstrate the value of SIMULIA solutions.

You will lead technical excellence through proofs of concept, workshops, and customer environments, while guiding strategic opportunities to closure and mentoring clients in AI/ML integration, optimization, and cloud computing.

Qualifications

Master's degree plus 7+ years of hands-on experience managing complex 3D electromagnetic simulations (RF/microwave, EMC/EMI, SI/PI, multiphysics).
Deep expertise in numerical methods and computational tools such as SIMULIA CST Studio Suite and Antenna Magus, with exposure to AI/ML methods and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Driving Technical Excellence: Developing high-value solutions, leading proofs of concept, conducting workshops, and delivering presentations in customer environments.
Championing Strategic Growth: Partnering with client executives and sales teams to assess environments, design robust to-be solutions, and guide opportunities to closure.
Empowering & Innovating: Mentoring clients in advanced simulation capabilities, including AI/ML integration, optimization, and cloud computing.
Collaborating & Scaling: Working with cross-functional teams to shape technical strategies and value engagements.
