Job summary

PowerToFly seeks a SIMULIA Industry Process Consultant to partner with leaders in High Tech, Aerospace & Defense, and Life Sciences. You will solve complex engineering challenges by showcasing SIMULIA solutions within customer environments.

You will lead technical proofs of concept, mentor clients in advanced simulation, and guide opportunities to closure while collaborating with cross-functional teams at Dassault Systèmes. Travel up to 75% domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 7+ years of hands-on RF/microwave EM simulations.
• Expertise in CST Studio Suite and Antenna Magus; AI/ML workflow awareness.
• Experience in High Tech, Aerospace & Defense, or Life Sciences applications, preferably in software sales or presales.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and sales teams to design to-be solutions and drive opportunities to closure.

Role Description & Responsibilities

Are you passionate about cutting-edge electromagnetics and helping engineering teams push the boundaries of innovation? As a SIMULIA Industry Process Consultant, you will partner directly with leaders in High Tech, Aerospace & Defense, and Life Sciences to solve complex engineering challenges and showcase the value of SIMULIA solutions.

• Driving Technical Excellence: Developing high-value solutions, leading technical proofs of concept, conducting workshops, and delivering compelling presentations demonstrating SIMULIA’s power directly within customer environments.
• Championing Strategic Growth: Partnering with Client Executives and sales teams as the technical lead, assessing customer environments, designing robust "to-be" solutions, and guiding strategic opportunities to successful closure.
• Empowering & Innovating: Mentoring clients in advanced simulation capabilities—including AI/ML integration, parametric optimization, and cloud computing—while fostering widespread tool adoption across customer accounts.
• Collaborating & Scaling: Working alongside cross-functional teams across Dassault Systèmes shaping technical strategies, custom workflows, and "Value Engagement" selling.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree paired with 7+ years of hands-on experience managing complex 3D electromagnetic simulations (RF/microwave, EMC/EMI, SI/PI, and multiphysics).
• Deep expertise in numerical methods and computational tools such as SIMULIA CST Studio Suite and Antenna Magus, alongside exposure to AI/ML methods and workflow automation.
• Proven track record supporting High Tech, Aerospace & Defense, or Life Sciences applications, ideally within a software sales or technical presales capacity.
• Outstanding presentation and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights.
• A curious self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys learning emerging technologies, and is up to travel up to 75% domestically
