Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Industry Credit Risk Management – Officer to guide strategy initiatives across asset classes such as Asset Based Finance, Equipment Finance and Mortgage Warehouse Lending.

You’ll own portfolio risk, set policy alignment and drive cross-functional programs with senior leadership. In this role, you will influence risk appetite, coordinate projects, and deliver proactive perspectives on industry risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of applicable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate credit risk strategy initiatives and programs.
• Develop requirements for technology projects to collect and analyze data.
• Produce management reports and strategic presentations for key stakeholders.
• Manage portfolios across industries and products with risk-aware allocation.
