Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than 10 years of applicable experience.
• Understanding of basic credit risk concepts and regulatory trends.
• Broad understanding of credit risk processes and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio across industries and products, including asset-based and mortgage-related portfolios.
• Identify emerging risks and develop risk policies and limits.
• Coordinate risk management projects and governance with CRM and business units.
• Prepare management reports and presentations on credit-focused initiatives.
