DC Standards is looking for an Investment Banking Industrials Associate in Chicago, IL. This full-time position involves supporting M&A activities, capital raising, and advisory processes. Candidates should have 3-5 years of investment banking experience and excel in quantitative analysis and communication. The role offers a salary range of $175,000 - $200,000 plus bonuses, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring four days on-site and flexibility on Fridays.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years post undergraduate investment banking work experience supporting deals and pitches within the industrials sector.
• Strong financial understanding and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 licenses must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes.
• Create financial models and draft pitch and marketing materials.
• Participate in client presentations and manage Analysts.
