Job summary

• Previous Industrials sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen client relationships, participating on advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.
• Create and analyze financial models, organize and prepare client presentations, help manage transaction processes, and assist in structuring transactions.
• Coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions; lead due diligence processes and negotiations of legal documents.
