Job summary

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) seeks an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join its technology and software team, based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY. You will support senior bankers in closing transactions, build financial models, and prepare client materials for pitches and due diligence.

The role requires 2+ years in M&A banking, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, modeling, and multitasking skills. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in M&A investment banking.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Sell side M&A experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations and analysis.
